Mobisoc is led by a management team comprising of experts who understand Telecom, Technology, and Business in the global and Indian markets. Backed with a global management experience, the members of Mobisoc's visionary team have previously been involved in products that have won recognition from J.D. Power and Associates and Manthan Awards.

Lokesh Gupta, Chief Executive Officer

Lokesh has been heading Mobisoc since its inception in 2006 and has over 10 years of management experience in diversified domains. He has been with Spice Group for the last 6 years. He started his management career with ICICI Bank Limited before founding Hexys, an IT services company in 2000.

Lokesh holds his management diploma from IIM-Ahmadabad and bachelors degree in computers from IIT Delhi.

Vinish Kathuria, President – Strategy and Business Development

Vinish heads the business end at Mobisoc and has responsibility for Global Strategic Alliances, Product Management and Marketing. Most recently he was CEO and co-founder of SolidGyan.com, a startup in the Online Education arena. Prior to that he spent 15 years in USA in various strategic and operational roles with Infospace Corp (NASDQ: INSP), Microsoft Corporation (NASDQ : MSFT), Deloitte Consulting, Sealy Inc. (NASDQ: ZZ) and Seaman Corporation.

Vinish has a B.Tech from IIT-Delhi, M.S from Case Western Reserve University, USA and MBA from Duke University, USA. He is also a guest lecturer at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Pawan Kumar, Regional Vice President – India

Pawan is responsible for developing Pan-India alliances as well as partnership development in International geographies. He has over 14 years of work experience in managing Biz Dev, Strategy, and Marketing at the Regional, National and Corporate level. He has a unique blend of working with startups and established companies in India like Mobilink, Aspire, Mahindra Holidays, and Monster.com. He was most recently with a talent management firm as a partner and Head of Sales and Marketing.

Pawan holds a Bachelor in Science degree from Delhi University, PGDBM from Indraprastha University and an executive diploma from IIM-Bangalore.

Pradeep Kumar Singh, General Manager – Delivery & Operations

Pradeep heads the development team for Mobile Applications and is responsible for providing continued support to our customers. He has more than 12 years of IT experience in various domains, like mobile applications, E-commerce, data analytics, content delivery networks, content management, and computer telephony. Prior to Mobisoc, Pradeep was responsible for online shopping and payment systems of Indiatimes.com. Previously, he worked as Developement Manager with marketRx and Mindfire Solutions.

Pradeep is an alumnus of IIT-Delhi.

Manish Gupta, Senior Manager – Product Management

Manish Gupta heads our efforts of transforming technology offerings into customer appeasement solutions. He has worked in various verticals of IT industry during last 7 years. Before Mobisoc, Manish worked with GlobalLogic (formerly IndusLogic) and in the core group of LeadByte’s R&D group working on network analyzers.

Manish holds an Integrated Masters in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Delhi.

Hitesh Sharma, Senior Manager – Product Development

Hitesh has a total of over 7 years of experience in product development. Hitesh started his career with GlobalLogic (earlier, IndusLogic, and even earlier, EBprovider). As part of GlobalLogic he worked on several technologies (Java, J2EE, structs, VB, C/C++) in several domains (Business Integration, Finance - Fraud detection , Retail, VOIP, and others), at almost all stages of product development from design to delivery. Before joining Mobisoc, Hitesh co-founded Anudril Technologies which developed an innovative product for delivery of targeted and personalized advertisements on print media. Apart from coding, Hitesh enjoys squash, badminton, skating, and swimming.

Hitesh holds an Integrated Masters in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Delhi.

Siddhartha Jain, Senior Manager – Product Development

Siddhartha is responsible for leading efforts on product development for the Mitr platform. His 7 years of industry experience include working with firstRain on web crawling and data mining, and with GlobalLogic (formerly IndusLogic) on VOIP technologies, interleaved by a year off for traveling. Apart from his two favorites - mobile phones and his year-old son, his interests include squash, ornithology, and skating.

Siddhartha holds an Integrated M.Tech. degree in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Delhi.
